Install DealerIQ yourself

Out of our service area, or prefer to do it in-house? Installing DealerIQ is simple — print, stick, scan.

    Unbox your kit

    Your Self-Install Kit arrives with an HP laser printer and DealerIQ QR sticker label stock. Plug the printer in and connect it to the computer you use at the desk.

    Log in and load inventory

    Sign in to DealerIQ. Inventory comes first — import your vehicles from your feed or DMS, or let our team connect it on your onboarding call.

    Click “Generate QR Stickers”

    On the Vehicles page, select the units you want and click Generate QR Stickers. Label sizes and print settings are already set inside DealerIQ — nothing to configure.

    Print the labels

    Load the label stock and print. Every sticker carries that vehicle's own QR code, name, and your dealership branding.

  5. 5

    Sticker the lot

    Place each sticker on its matching vehicle's window. Match the stock number on the sticker to the car before applying.

  6. 6

    Scan to test

    Scan a few stickers with your phone. D.A.I.V.E. should open on the correct vehicle. New arrivals? Print their sticker the same way.

Our team offers on-site installation — inventory load, full-lot stickering and staff walkthrough. Large lots can take a couple of days. Setup pricing is confirmed in your proposal.
